I’ve been receiving feedback from some people that they are having a very difficult time reading Vadim’s dialogue.
I’m experimenting with revising it to be a bit easier to read, while still implying his thick Ustavian accent.
Please look at this test panel and let me know what you think:

I vote for the original font, “HY’M” and all.

Found you guys yesterday… great artwork and digging the characters so far. You’ve been officially added to my list.

I speak Russian, so reading the first font was a major headache. I prefer the first font though, so if you could change the way the a’s are written, and maybe remove the Hy’m parts then I think it would work. that’s my advice.

I personally prefer the almost Cryllic-looking font. When reading it, I “hear” his voice as gruff and his accent as Russian or Slavic. I’m guessing that was what you were going for? The other font (comic sans?) just doesn’t distinguish his voice to me.

Just my thoughts, for what they’re worth.
